❤🤤Healthy & Delicious Whole Wheat Rotini Pasta🤤❤

This yummy yummy pasta is kids friendly,easy,and loved by my whole family.This can be made very fast and healthy......



Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 35 minutes Yield: 8 servings


INGREDIENTS

Rotini pasta 1lb

Organic Tomato Pasta sauce

Bell peppers-1

Peas-1/2 cup

Carrots-2

Onion-1 medium

(Any other vegetables of your choice)

Oil-2 tsp

Mayo-1 tsp(optional)

Garlic-2 cloves

Spices

Salt

Italian Seasoning Crushed red pepper(based on your spice level) Basil

Oreagon

Garam masala(indian twist)-optional


Steps


  1. Take a pan and pour 2 tablespoons of olive/vegetable oil

  2. In a separate pan boil the pasta in water for about 10-12 minutes

  3. Fry the chopped garlic ,onion,then add the vegetables with salt and cover it with the lid

  4. Wait till the vegetables become tender and add all the spices and herbs

  5. Add the pasta sauce and boil it for a minute and then add the boiled pasta

  6. Then add l tablespoon of Mayo(optional for extra flavor)

  7. Let it cook for a minute and turn off the stove and close it with a lid

  8. Serve the hot and yummy pasta with your favorite cheese(optional)

  9. ENJOY!


BOILING INSTRUCTIONS

1.Use 16 cups of water for 1 lb

2.Add pasta and stir regularly

3.Boil for 10-12 minutes

4.Drain the water
